2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins September 23, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 23, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET, or when all inventory is sold, whichever occurs first ("Sweepstakes Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

METHOD A: FREE ENTRY (No Purchase Necessary), Hand-print your name, complete address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: UNACOSHASERIA Sweepstakes 9300 NW 25TH ST STE 207 Doral, FL 33172 Each properly mailed entry receives FIVE (5) entries into the drawing.

Limit: One mail-in entry per person per day.

METHOD B: ENTRY WITH PURCHASE

- Category 1 Products: One (1) entry per purchase

- Category 2 Products: Three (3) entries per purchase

- Category 3 Products: Five (5) entries per purchase

All entries have equal chances of winning regardless of entry method.

5. RANDOM DRAWING:

On or about October 24, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.

- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $168,590.00

- Condition: AS-IS (no warranties or guarantees)

FINANCIAL GUARANTEE:

This prize is secured through a binding legal contract with a registered investment entity, ensuring the property's availability regardless of promotion sales outcome.

WINNER OPTIONS: Winner must choose ONE:

a) The real property (subject to approx. $60,000 in taxes)

b) Cash alternative: $85,000 (subject to 24% federal withholding)

WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- All federal, state, and local taxes (approximately 35% of ARV)

- Title transfer and recording fees

- Future insurance and maintenance

- Proof of financial ability to pay taxes

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Failure to respond or provide required documents will result in forfeiture and selection of alternate winner.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prize will be delivered within sixty (60) calendar days after winner verification. Winner must execute initial documentation at Sponsor's offices in Miami, Florida or via verified remote notarization. Final property transfer and closing will occur in Liberty County, Texas. Winner responsible for all travel and associated costs.

- Submit to Florida law and jurisdiction

Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete entries or technical malfunctions. Sponsor reserves right to cancel, modify or suspend Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise integrity.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, under Florida law in Miami-Dade County courts.
